Lucy Thatcher

Lucy is originally from Taunton, Somerset and graduated from the Arts Educational School of Musical Theatre in 2002 where she won the Harmer-Smith Award for outstanding effort and achievement. Over the last 13 years Lucy has worked extensively in Theatre, cabaret, T.V and film. She has performed nationally, internationally and appeared many times in London’s glittering West End. Lucy is an extremely creative performer and has been involved in many of London’s original West End productions, such as; The RSC’s Matilda; The Spice Girls musical, Viva Forever! And Imagine This. Lucy has recently finished the National tour of Barnum where she performed the role of ‘Chairy’ playing opposite Brian Conley. Other credits include; The Rat Pack; A season at Regents Park Open Air Theatre; Fiddler On The Roof; Scrooge; Oliver; Comedy Of Errors; Cabaret; West Side Story; All Bobs Women; Icons in London and Into The Woods, to name but a few. Lucy has also appeared in BBC’s Doctors and ITV’s Doc Martin. Lucy is also well known on the cabaret circuit and has sung at The Ronnies Scotts Jazz Café as well as various other venues in London and around the world.

Class Talent is thrilled that West End star Emily will be our compere for our shows throughout 2015.

Emily trained at Laine Theatre Arts, most recently playing the role of Caterina Cavalieri in Amadeus, Chichester Festival Theatre.
